Natural Variation 
Castelli Marble offers natural stone products, which inherently vary in color, veining, texture, and finish. These characteristics are not flaws but part of what makes each piece unique. No two slabs or tiles are exactly alike. Fissures and pits are not to be considered defects as they are part of the stone.

Samples 
Samples are intended to show general characteristics only. Your final order may vary from the sample due to the natural and unique nature of stone.

Finish and Dimension Tolerance
Slight size, thickness, and finish variations may occur. Industry-accepted tolerances apply. Please consult with your installer before finalizing measurements.

Sealing and Maintenance 
Natural stone requires sealing and regular maintenance. Failure to properly care for your stone may result in staining, etching, or surface damage. Castelli Marble is not responsible for improper maintenance or misuse.

Lead Time
All lead times are estimates and may vary based on availability, production schedules, and shipping constraints. We are not liable for delays caused by freight carriers or supply chain interruptions.

Overage
We recommend ordering at least 20% overage to account for cuts, waste, breakage, and future repairs. Castelli Marble cannot guarantee future availability of matching stone from the same lot or quarry.

Change
Order Changes to orders must be made in writing and are subject to approval. Once production begins or materials are shipped, changes are not possible.

Freight Carrier
We use third-party freight companies for delivery and are subject to their terms and conditions. Castelli Marble is not responsible for delays, damage, or issues once the shipment is in transit. Claims must follow our delivery inspection protocol. for more information please review our shipping guidelines.

Curbside Delivery
All deliveries are curbside only. Delivery personnel will not move material indoors or assist with unpacking.

Receiving & Inspection
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment upon arrival. All issues must be reported within 48 hours with photos and documentation.

Installation Acceptance
Installation is acceptance of the materials, in it’s grade, color, finish, & suit-ability. This is standard in the tile industry & with all other construction materials. Any concerns should be addressed prior to installation. Please inspect all material prior to installation. Castelli Marble is not responsible for issues identified after installation. Professional Installation Disclaimer
We strongly recommend using a licensed, professional stone installer. Improper installation may result in damage or product failure, which is not covered under any warranty.


Please be advised that any and all delivery dates are estimates only; we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. We recommend booking installation only after receipt of all the tiles and setting materials have been delivered to your site and reviewed completely. Castelli Marble is not responsible for ANY costs of contractor fees or project-related delays.
