• Castelli Marble Inc. warrants that its natural stone products shall be free from defects cause by the manufacturing process. Tiles are to be inspected prior to installation and any defects shall be brought to Castelli Marble Inc attention within 48 hours receiving your order prior to installation.
  
• Our natural stone products will be manufactured in accordance with National Tile Institute of America. Per Industry standards, installation is acceptance of material.

Natural Characteristics Disclaimer 

• Due to the inherent characteristics of natural stone, including but not limited to variations in color, shade, veining, surface texture, and the presence of fissures, pits, or natural mineral inclusions, Castelli Marble Inc. does not warrant against such natural variations. These features are not considered defects but rather are inherent and desirable characteristics of natural stone. 

Exclusions 

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper installation, handling, or maintenance.
• Damage caused by chemicals, acids, or cleaning agents not approved for use with natural stone; 
• Stains, etching, or discoloration from spills or environmental exposure; 
• Cracks or breakage due to structural movement, impact, or thermal shock; 
• Normal wear and tear, including surface dulling or scratching. 

Remedies 

• In the event that a defect covered by this warranty is verified, Castelli Marble Inc. shall, at its sole discretion, replace the defective material. This warranty does not cover labor, removal, or reinstallation costs. 

Limitation of Liability 

• Castelli Marble Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered and replaces any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
